Absolute trustworthy professionalism! Had a clog that backed up the kitchen sink and a toilet. Contacted Jake at 8am and he was on site by 9am. Assessed and isolated the issue and repaired it quickly. Exemplary service at a very modest cost. In addition to service, Jake explained the "how, what, and why" and provided tips to mitigate the need for him or any other to address the issue. Can't express my gratitude for the quick turn around and quality of work. If you have a plumbing issue, have Jake's number on hand.

Jake came out to our house a few months ago to address a persistent kitchen clog issue. It turns out that it was a lot worse than we thought. Jake, however, is an angel sent from the Lord above and I mean that sincerely. He fixed the issue, was beyond reasonable in his pricing and is just genuinely a good person. If you need someone you can trust he is your guy. I pray that the good Lord continues to bless this man, his family, and his business.

Busted my parents hose bib on the side of their house and it was Saturday afternoon. I called probably 20 "24/7 plumbers" and I got through to maybe 5 of them. It's incredible the number of businesses that don't answer their phones.

Jake The Snake wasn't able to get to my house but he went above and beyond and said he would walk me through exactly how to get it done. I sent over photos and he literally send me screenshots of exactly what to get and how to accomplish it.

Went to Ace hardware, got all the supplies he said to get. Knocked it out and a $400+ cost turned out to only cost us $58.

Long story short, there are good guys out there still in the trades that take care of people. Everyone isn't money hungry and Jake showed us he cares about his fellow neighbor.

Jake answered on the first ring and arrived in less than an hour. He is HIGHLY skilled and knowledgeable and was also a very interesting person to talk to. He got the job done in no time and his service was worth every penny! Thanks, Jake!!!

I was stressed about a water pipe leak I recently found out about, and he was quick to respond, professional, and did an amazing job finding and my fixing leak. His prices were reasonable. Jake was a lifesaver! I called him up around 8:00 and he was at my home within the hour. We thought it was a septic issue but our drains just ended up being clogged. He cleaned out our drains and got everything situated for us. He also did it for a reasonable price. He was a lifesaver and i will be recommending him to friends & family.

My old well pump finally kicked the bucket. And like anything that goes wrong, it happened after regular business hours. Jake the Snake was there for us, though! He helped us for the night and worked with my schedule for the next day.

Jake the snake saved Christmas! Our sink starting leaking and flooding the house on Christmas eve and Jake came out right away to fix our problem. In 15 minutes he was at our door and working hard to fix our sink. Jake and his dad were great and we look forward to using him for all of our plumbing needs!

Jacob (Jàke) is awesome! He came out 2 days after I just had another company there clearing a clog. The other company wanted to charge me again because "they did the job they were called to do." Well my drain was backed up again so I needed help. I called Jacob and he made it to my house early the next morning working in the yard digging out the pipes and locating my septic system before anyone even knew he was there. He found roots growing throughout the system and ripped them out. He replaced the pipes, cleared all the lines, put all the dirt back and promised me I wouldn't have any more problems with the roots. He sent me pics and stayed in contact with me throughout the job. He explained everything and was knowledgeable and trustworthy. I HIGHLY recommend this man and his company for your plumbing needs!!! Glad I picked Jake, couldn't be more pleased. My roommate's dog got ahold of the garden hose, pulled on the main water pipe coming into my house (copper) which bent, and cracked the pvc pipe below the ground. Came out in just a couple hours after calling. Prices were extremely reasonable too! I called a few other companies and no one could fit me into their schedule (which was friday afternoon, so understandable) but Jake did. Thanks for getting my water running again! Will definitely be using for future issues.

Jake is reliable and He actually cares about his customers. He repair are water pump and valve check and fixed are cartridge in the shower. He's professional and he won't stop until the job is completed. If you want a Master plumber who does quality work I would recommend him for sure. Thanks again Jake your awesome.

Jake the Snake is literally a saving grace! He was booked up for 2 weeks but was willing to meet us at our facility to aid with a plumbing issue on his birthday!! Will be using his services for many years to come! Happy Birthday Jake the Snake from your friends at VIP!

Jake showed up quickly and identified the problem. Our clogged pipe was bad and water started coming out of the top and base of the toilets leaving 2 inches of water everywhere in the bathrooms. He did not panic and was able to remove the clog and basically save our home from major water damage. Very pleased!

Our toliet had a leak in it, we tried to be sneaky and have a family friend come fix it, it ended up being worst, on top of that, we paid the family friend. Frantic, with no water in the house to clean or cook, or bathe or twin boys, Jake came last minute and not only corrected the errors our family friend made, but repaired our leak too. Jake was swift, knowledgeable and fair, he knew we paid someone else to do the job before him and only charged us a lesser value, which we appreciate it, my wife and I thank you.!

I had two clogged toilets on a Saturday and called Jake. He was at my house within the hour and cleaned out both drains. He also found and dug out access to my septic cleanout that was buried very deep. All for a very reasonable price.

I woke up to a well pump that was continuously running on a Saturday morning. Jake answered my call, showed up and completed the job same day. He found three leaks and the bladder in my tank had burst. He located a tank and drove a half hour to pick it up. I can't say enough about how grateful I am for his professionalism and hard work.

Ok, so woke up to the start of a bad day! Back porch flooded with water. Googled emergency plumbers and found Jake The Snake! Jacob was here within the hour and went to work right away to find out where it was coming from! Once he figured out the area, broke through the wall under the kitchen sink and repaired the pipe! Not to mention cleaned up after his self. So glad it went to the back patio instead of flooding the kitchen and so glad we found Jacob!!!! Will definitely be using him from now on! Out of 5 stars we give him 6! He was kind, professional, quick on his toes and reasonable for emergency services!

Call this company. I had a water outage last night and after calling a dozen 24/7 Plumbers, they were all booked up but this one was the only one to call back and set an official appointment to return first thing in the morning and they did. The technician was professional and extremely quick and explained what he was doing throughout the process. Hopefully I never need this assistance again, but if I do I know I'll be calling Jake the Snake.

Don't make the same mistake I made , call Jake first and you will surely be glad you did. The first company I called came out 3 times and still didn't get to the root of the problem. They unclogged the line each time but just weren't as thorough as Jake after the line was unclogged. Thanks Jake !!!

Whenever you call him he gets right back to you and fit you into his schedule as soon as he can. The repairs are done quickly and correctly and his price is always super fair. He is my go to Plumber!
